We are a family of three, Geert, Miranda and daughter Melody. We are Dutch, living and working in England. We love travelling, the great outdoors and have a love for all new and exciting things. We have 2 cats, Crimmy and Tabby, whom we love and care for with great pleasure.

Geert is a pastor in a church in Watford, where he is mainly responsible for youth, young people and the contemporary worship service called Parallel. He plays the drums in a jazz band called Resonance. He has the opportunity to share his experiences as a pastor in many locations abroad and loves to interact with young at heart people. When he is not busy in the church or with the band, he likes to go walking in the great outdoors, preferably in the mountains.

Miranda is a business consultant for an American company. She travels all over the world and enjoys meeting new people and experiencing new cultures.  She likes to cook, bake and decorate and loves to ensure people have a good time and don’t go hungry. She likes to try out new crafts and can usually be found with some knitting or crochet project on the go.

Melody has just completed a Research Masters in Zoo Conservation Biology with emphasis on Marine animals. She loves all creatures living in the ocean but prefers sharks, dolphins and whales. Her dream is to work as a full-time researcher and educating people on misconceptions of marine animals to ensure there is marine life for future generations. She loves to cook and bake and being creative. She loves to travel and documents this through photography. Most pictures on this site are taken by her.
